Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PackerMaster software, including the free plan and paid plan access purchased through our website.

1. Agreement to These Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the operator of the PackerMaster website www.packermaster.com and the PackerMaster container-loading software (together, the "Service"). In these Terms, "PackerMaster", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Service.

1.2 By registering an account, using the Service, or purchasing a paid plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1.3 If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1.4 Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

2. The Service

2.1 PackerMaster is a software tool that calculates container and pallet loading plans, visualises them in 3D, and lets you export and share the results. It is a planning aid intended for professional use in logistics, freight forwarding, manufacturing and trade.

2.2 The Service is provided online through a web browser. We may add, change or remove features at any time, provided that we do not materially reduce the core functionality of an access period you have already paid for.

Results are a planning aid, not a guarantee. Packing calculations are produced by an algorithm based on the dimensions, weights, quantities and rules you enter. You remain responsible for verifying every result against your actual cargo, container, packaging, weight limits, axle and centre-of-gravity requirements, and any applicable transport, customs and safety regulations before loading or shipping.

3. Accounts

3.1 You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3.2 You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Accounts are personal to the registered user or organisation. You may not share your account credentials with others, or use a single account to provide the Service to third parties as a substitute for their own plan.

3.4 If you discover any unauthorised use of your account or any security issue, you must notify us immediately at support@mail.packermaster.com.

4. Free Plan, Free Trials and Paid Plans

4.1 Free plan. You may use the Service free of charge within the free-plan limits. No payment method is required for the free plan.

4.2 Paid plans. Paid plans grant you access to higher cargo and container limits and to additional features. The available plans, their prices, their limits and their access periods are published on our Pricing page.

4.3 Fixed access period, no automatic renewal. Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed access period (30 or 365 days). They do not renew automatically. When the access period ends, your account returns to the free plan unless you make a new purchase.

Plan type Access period Renewal
Free Ongoing Not applicable
Monthly plans 30 days from activation Does not renew automatically
Premium plans 365 days from activation Does not renew automatically

4.4 You may purchase a plan only for the account that is signed in at the time of purchase. Access is activated on that account when the purchase completes.

4.5 We may refuse or reverse a purchase, and suspend the related access, where we reasonably believe the purchase was fraudulent, made by mistake, or obtained through abuse of free offers or promotional limits.

5. Orders, Prices and Payment

5.1 All prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an access period you have already paid for.

5.2 Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Creem is the seller of record for the transaction, handles the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and issues your receipt. Creem's terms apply to the payment itself (see creem.io/terms).

5.3 We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive a confirmation and a transaction identifier so that we can activate your plan and provide support.

5.4 Where tax is applicable, it may be added at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

6.1 Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6.2 In summary: because plans are fixed-period, non-renewing purchases, there is nothing to "cancel" — access simply ends at the end of the period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan if the plan has not been substantially used, as described in the Refund Policy.

6.3 Requests should be sent to support@mail.packermaster.com. Where a refund is approved, it is processed by Creem to your original payment method.

7. Licence and Acceptable Use

7.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your internal business or professional purposes during your plan's access period.

7.2 You must not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as a service of your own;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use automated scripts, scrapers or bots to access the Service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, usage limits, plan restrictions, trial restrictions or security measures;
  • create multiple accounts or use disposable identities to obtain repeated free trials or promotional access;
  • use the Service to break any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others;
  • upload content that contains malware, or that you do not have the right to use.

7.3 We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms.

8. Your Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 You keep all rights to the data you submit to the Service, such as cargo lists, dimensions and packing configurations ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited licence we need to host, process and display Your Content in order to provide the Service to you, including generating your packing results, records and exports.

8.2 The Service itself — including its software, algorithms, design, text, graphics and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of it.

8.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any data you upload.

9. Availability, Changes and Termination of the Service

9.1 We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to failures of infrastructure or networks beyond our control.

9.2 We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice on the website and, where you have paid for an access period that has not yet expired, we will offer a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

9.3 You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10.2 We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that packing results will be accurate for your specific cargo or transport conditions, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, however arising and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us (or, where applicable, to Creem for the Service on our behalf) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown below.

12.2 Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice on the Service or by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside.

13.2 Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@mail.packermaster.com so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

14. Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@mail.packermaster.com, or through our contact page.
