| Payment processing | Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing, receipts and applicable taxes. We never receive or store your full card details. |
| Billing type | Plans are one-time purchases for a fixed access period (30 or 365 days). They do not renew automatically and your payment method is not charged again unless you make a new purchase. |
| Activation | Your plan is activated on the account you are signed in to when the purchase completes, and expires at the end of the access period shown above. |
| Refunds | Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan, provided the plan has not been substantially used. |
