· Pallet-then-Load Supports Loose Cargo
- In Pallet-then-Load mode, the cargo table now has a "No Pallet" checkbox per row (checked by default): when unchecked, the cargo skips palletizing and is loaded directly as loose cargo into the container, filling leftover gaps between pallets to improve utilization
- Typical use cases: oversize / irregular items that don't fit on a pallet, and small leftovers that are too few to fill a pallet
- The algorithm automatically guarantees no overlap between loose cargo and pallets, or among loose cargo themselves, and never exceeds the container walls — any spatial conflict is detected and blocked
- If every cargo is marked "No Pallet", the algorithm cannot run; the UI prompts the user to keep at least one cargo palletized
